About the Event

This workshop is hands on cheesemaking. You stir curds, split whey, stretch mozzarella, cook up halloumi and infuse feta; all to take home with you to share with family and friends. Lunch and wine included (Weather permitting: woodfired pizzas or fresh mozzarella cheese filled arancini balls, chips and salad). Recipes included.
